Our operational base is Dorchester, which allows us to reach most of Dorset within 1 hour or less. Plus, we have an administrative office in Lytchett Matravers, near Poole.
A wide range of items (large and small), including: envelopes/legal documents, passports, car keys, non-biological medical supplies, industrial parts, books, leaflets, electrical items, garden furniture, DIY products - the list is endless. It just needs to fit into a Ford Transit Custom (our vehicle of choice), with a max payload of 800kg and max dimensions of 2.5m (length) x 1.3m (width) x 1.2m (height).
Anywhere in Dorset - including Dorchester, Weymouth, Bridport, Yeovil, Blandford, Poole, Bournemouth, Wimborne and Christchurch. Outside Dorset is also possible - but can stretch our collection time beyond 1 hour, so there might be others better able to collect from there.

We can deliver to any air or sea port within mainland UK, but we don't go beyond as there are others better able to assist with that. We are connected with suitable companies for this purpose so can always point you in the right direction.
Indeed - overnight carriers are much cheaper, but we exist to react at short notice, exclusively for you - and provide a dedicated driver/vehicle for your load. That's a premium service and does cost more, but we're excellent value and always strive to provide the best possible service. Why not give us a go?
Of course. As well as Hire & Reward cover, we have Goods In Transit insurance to £10k, and Public Liability cover to £5M. Should your consignment be valued at more than £10k, please ask - we may be able to accommodate.
Often within 60 minutes, subject to availability and any other prevailing circumstances. Our base near Dorchester allows us to reach most Dorset postcodes within that 1 hour time-frame. If we can't manage that, we'll say so and be with you as soon as we can manage.
We accept payment via iZettle, so all major credit/debit cards plus ApplePay etc. We do ask for payment up front, but we pride ourselves on providing best-in-class service for a very competitive price, so think of it as a settlement discount for early payment. Established clients (with 10 bookings or more) may be offered credit terms, subject to status.
Currently no, we are not registered for VAT. However, our VAT status is kept under constant review so we'll update the website if/when that changes.
Potentially yes! Give us a call, since it will depend on timings and locations. If we can't help directly, we are connected to a network of carriers who can assist - and ultimately we want you to get your consignment delivered successfully, whether carried by us or someone else.
Yes indeed. Subject to our availability, if we can help - we'll always do our best to assist. Clearly delivering something on Christmas Day (for example) or late into the night on a weekend would command a significant premium, but it certainly can be done. As we like to say here at DEC... "the answer's yes - what's the question?" :)
